1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using White Pill, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use White Pill. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to post offensive, illegal, or misleading content. You agree not to harass, threaten, or impersonate other users. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
4. Prohibited Content
The following are strictly prohibited: nudity or sexual content, hate speech or content promoting discrimination, threats or incitement to violence, spam or commercial solicitation, and content that violates any applicable law.
5. Subscription and Payments
White Pill offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers (Silver, Gold and Platinum). Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are subject to the policies of the relevant app store. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital subscription for a full refund — by starting your subscription immediately upon purchase, you expressly request early access to the service and acknowledge that you lose this cancellation right once the subscription content has been accessed.
6. Intellectual Property
The White Pill app, logo, and all associated content are the property of White Pill App Ltd. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a licence to display it within the service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
White Pill is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we do not guarantee that you will find matches or connections through the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, White Pill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of White Pill shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in subscription fees in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100 if you have not made any payments to us.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless White Pill App Ltd, its directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of another person, or content you post or share through White Pill.
10. User-Generated Content
White Pill allows you to post profile information, photos, and messages ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any User Content you post, and that it does not infringe the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any User Content, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or legality of content posted by other users. If we receive a valid notice that User Content infringes someone else's rights, we will remove it and may terminate the account of users who repeatedly infringe. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review, remove, or restrict access to any User Content at our discretion.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
